Government Issues Piss Pot
WASHINGTON, DC — With rarely-seen bi-partisan support, House and Senate members from both parties are in agreement that newly proposed legislation dubbed, “The Pot to Piss In Act of 2011,” should sail through Congress and become law before the end of the year.
House Majority Leader, John Boehner, speaking about the new legislation said, “We’ve listened to the people. Many of them have complained they no longer have pots to piss in. We’re about to remedy that situation.”
“The Pot to Piss In Act” will provide one free piss pot for every American family. President Barack Obama has indicated he will sign the legislation into law when it reaches his desk. “It’s a new day!” Obama said. “Once this program is up and running,” he added, “Americans will no longer have to be concerned with having pots to piss in.”
The CBO (Congressional Budget Office) has yet to provide Federal deficit impact information regarding the cost of implementing this new and welcome legislation.
